Sheldon: Oh, well, you`re upstairs. I have written a new roommate agreement which is very useful to me. I want you to sign it. But even if Sheldon and Amy wanted a turtle, he`d be breaking his own rule. In the roommate agreement, he explained that pets were in fact prohibited, unless they were pets! In an unnamed Klaus, Sheldon is pretty stubborn about the guests and requires 12 hours of leonard`s communications when he has someone spending the night. It`s usually Leonard who needs Sheldon`s approval before someone spends the night, but in one episode, Sheldon actually let Dr. Elizabeth Plimpton stay overnight. Although this configuration was strictly professional, Plimpton and Leonard crossed the line when they had “coitus” in Sheldon`s back. When Leonard first moved in, Sheldon didn`t have a lot of furniture in his apartment, so there was no one there. Over time, Leonard turned their little house into a home and Sheldon had to cross his special trails (especially because he likes “his place” on the couch). Under the roommate agreement, if someone wanted to change the facility, it had to be approved by a committee (i.e. Sheldon). As in the workplace, Sheldon makes an annual retrospective of Leonard`s performance as a roommate.
Leonard and Sheldon have already broken the rules of their agreement, but they have never left any of them homeless. Instead, it usually results in fines or silent treatment until they are cooled! Since the beginning of the show, the big question for everyone is: “What happened to the elevator?” Finally, in a flash-return episode reveal how everyone met – which is always fun – is shown why they have to walk three stairs. From start to finish, this episode is a riot of laughter and hurts your stomach from all those laughs. It`s creative and interesting to know how Leonard`s going to live with the monster Sheldon. It`s interesting how much worse Sheldon is before Leonard arrives, and it`s great to see that Howard and Raj have always been adorable and weird. It would have been interesting to see the show from 2002 and venture to Penny`s arrival, but it`s a great show that seems to get better with each episode. When Sheldon formally accused Leonard of violating the roommate`s agreement by taking a shower with Priya in the bathroom of the apartment, when Sheldon had a “nature call” (which Sheldon considers an emergency), Priya, a lawyer, decides to intervene on Leonard`s behalf in the case. If Priya (and therefore Leonard) wins this round, they decide to test other sections of the agreement in practice. When Sheldon can`t handle what`s going on with Priya and Leonard, who openly mock the sanctity of the agreement, he addresses Penny, who in turn invites Sheldon to the girls` party with Bernadette and Amy. Sheldon accepts Penny`s invitation only with Penny`s promise that some priya-bashings will take place during her journey.
Her journey takes her to a dance club where Sheldon begins to see another side of Amy, who is influenced by penny and alcohol consumption. But thanks to her drunken stupor, Amy still gives Sheldon some advice on how he priya and… Written by Huggo The rule on denkoite in the roommate agreement was definitely addressed to Leonard, since Sheldon did not participate in this kind of activity until he was with Amy for years (and years…). Sheldon: Priya basically canceled my roommate agreement with Leonard, which makes me very uncomfortable living in this apartment. Sheldon: Great question. Remember what happened with the alien played by the talented character Frank Gorshin in the Episode Star Trek Let That Be Your Last Battlefield? Sheldon, who has taken his love for rules and guidelines to the extreme, has created an epic agreement of roommates that Leonard must approve to live there.
